To the extent permitted by law, Research2 and its employees, agents and authorised representatives exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information within the report whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission. This would include indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.
SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their recurring billing subscription at any time online in their profile settings, or by contacting Research2 at firstname.lastname@example.org. A cancellation means that no future payments will be charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of recurring billing stops all future payments, it does not generate a refund, either pro-rata or full.
SINGLE USE ACCOUNTS
Each registration is for a single user only. Customers are not permitted to share their login details. Research2 reserves the right to cancel or suspend access without further obligation to the customer if these terms are breached. Distribution and/or re-transmission of any of the content provided by us in any form or by any medium without our prior consent is expressly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for their accounts. If customers believe there has been a breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your account or any payment information, they must notify Research2 immediately by email: email@example.com. Customers should also refrain from using an obvious password and change it regularly.
